About the Job
Title: Vice President – DOD/Classified Programs
Location: Bethesda, MD at Bethesda Metro
Due to continued growth, Catapult Technology LTD has an opening for an executive at the Vice President level to manage and grow a portfolio of programs. The portfolio composition will include mainly DOD/classified programs.
Following skills/experience are required for this position:
• 15 years of experience – can be combination of federal/military and industry but at least most recent five years must be industry.
• Knowledge of and experience in the DOD/Classified program arena
• Prior positions must include industry experience at the executive level in managing professional service delivery to DOD/Classified Federal clients including responsibility for hiring and evaluating personnel, ensuring that contract requirements are fulfilled, customer satisfaction is achieved and customer partnerships are established
• Must have demonstrated success in leading capture and proposal activities for Federal Contract wins
Position includes a requirement to grow the portfolio, both from existing base and from new endeavors. Merely managing the portfolio is not enough. Large upside compensation component for achieving growth.
