• Experience managing broad scope of departments and talent

• Relevant Industry Experience with the LEAN, Six Sigma training

The Vice President / Director Product Engineering will lead the division with technical responsibility for executing and coordinating all worldwide engineering programs covering new products, processes and materials, as well as, re-evaluation of present products, processes and materials.

EXPERIENCE IS KEY

10 years direct Product Design and Technology Development Experience

5 years of Project Management, electrical and electromechanical design.

10 years of progressively responsible experience in product design in the manufacture of heat transfer, heating elements or related products.

Well developed leadership practices and interpersonal skills effective across cultural boundaries, excellent verbal/written communication skills. 

Manufacturing Experience and travel in Asia, Mexico, other countries

Proactive / high energy style.
