Oversees the Domestic Field Sales organization of Kenra Professional North America


 


 


What we offer


Provide strong leadership and direction to the US Sales teams team
Develop a responsive, customer-centric sales organization, including recruitment, training and coaching
Create and maintain strong working relationships with strategic national accounts
Define and redefine the Sales Strategy to achieve objectives
Improve sales teams efficiencies and develop a KPI-driven organization.
Grow distribution base focusing on color accounts
Gain/establish distribution for new products
Integral part of brand’s leadership team assisting in developing brand, product and sales strategies
Collaborate closely with KAM team and other departments on sales activities and product innovation
Represent the company in industry trade associations
Advise the General Manager on Sales related topics

Qualification:

Who we are looking for


Technical Skills/Job Knowledge/Other Dimensions • High leadership competence • Strong selling / negotiating skills • Ability to define and commit his/her team to challenging goals, incl. regular monitoring and corrective action • Excellent knowledge of Top US retail customers and their business drivers • Results Driven • Strong ability to master management interfaces with other departments • Executive business writing and presentation skills • Good understanding of Supply Chain processes • Good analytical command of Budgeting / Controlling mechanisms • Ability to interact at high level with Marketing • High networking competence
 
Education/Experience • Degree in Business Administration or comparable • 10-15 years of experience in Sales, ideally including HBC and Professional Industry • Leadership experience • Proficiency in handling large complex customers
