Position Summary:
The
position has Human Resource responsibility for all I-many employees in North
America,
locations. The position reports to I-many’s Chief Financial Officer. The position is located in the I-many
headquarters in Center City Philadelphia, PA, and will manage a staff of 2
Human Resources administrators who are located in Philadelphia and
recruiting resources, one in the
and one in
Responsibilities:
·
Manage the recruitment process across all
organizations within the company, from job postings to hiring quality personnel
in a cost-effective manner in support of all offices both domestic and
international.

Oversee standardization and compliance of
Recruitment Policy.
·
Develop, update and maintain an Employee Retention
plan.
·
Oversee, update and maintain employee guidelines
and handbook.
·
Oversee compensation structure, annual salary
adjustments and incentive plans.
·
Assist CEO with and coordinate Executive Incentive
Compensation (EIC) Plans.
·
Manage reporting and administration as directed by
CFO.
·
Manage the Stock Option and Performance Accelerated
Stock Option (PASO) Programs for the company.
·
Oversee the company benefit plans and ensure
accuracy and compliance.
·
Design and manage an Employee-Mentor program.
·
Manage Employee performance review program.
·
Participate as a member of senior management
team.
·
Attract, retain and develop an outstanding and
motivated team.
·
Ensure compliance with federal, state, immigration
employment laws.
·
Resolve issues involving discipline, misconduct,
performance problems, and dispute resolution.
Qualifications / Requirements:

A minimum of a BS/BA is required. Masters degree in
Human Resources Management preferred.
·
Minimum of 10 years experience at the senior
management level in Human Resources.
·
Strong internal consulting, organizational and
communication skills are required.
·
Demonstrated leadership and the ability to
effectively interact with the most senior levels of an organization
required.
·
College degree or equivalent experience in HR
senior management role is required.
·
Ability to quickly establish and maintain
credibility among personnel at all levels within the company.
·
Prior successful experience with senior
administrative responsibility for remote office location, domestic and foreign.
·
Strong team player capable of assisting senior
management teams with strategic and tactical initiatives.
·
Prior successful management of benefits plan
including vendor selection, management and contract negotiation.
·
Excellent communication and presentation skills,
capable of representing company internally and externally.
