Outcomes · Facilitate data integration between legacy patient accounting system and supply ordering system to allow calculation of cost per case · Partner with Revenue Cycle to select, pilot, implement, and train teammates in 130 centers on a new patient accounting system and associated business intelligence software by the end of 2012 · Determine appropriate mix of outsourced and full time teammates to effectively complete projects in a timely manner at lowest possible cost by mid-2010 · Develop and execute a plan to ensure SCA has appropriate information security in place to enable SOX 404 compliance, controls based audits, and regulatory compliance by 2012 · Maintain a recently implemented project management process to ensure potential projects are scoped, evaluated, and completed in a timely manner with great insight to non-IT teammates based on clear metrics, measurement of efficiency gains and project ROIs, and tight budgetary controls · Develop a management process for the selection and procurement of IT related products to reduce current spend and provide similar or better functionality · Oversee implementation of an enterprise data warehouse by mid-2010 that is capable of providing consistent, reliable business intelligence to all Field and Home Office teammates · Ensure timely, accurate delivery of reporting and dashboards through Cognos and other tools · Manage existing outsource relationship with Perot Systems (recently acquired by Dell) for dedicated help desk, data storage, software management, etc. to maintain appropriate service levels from the Perot team. · Implement an efficient acquisition integration plan and execute as SCA continues to expand Competencies

Requirements
· 10-15+ years in IT, holding progressive leadership positions
· Consistently positive references from direct supervisors in prior positions, reflecting strong performance and working relationships in prior roles
· Significant experience in all operational aspects of IT, including application development, project management, infrastructure and oversight/compliance
· Extensive experience with vendor selection and management
· Healthcare industry experience preferred
· Must be located in Birmingham or willing to relocate to Birmingham
