They have a strong footprint in the greater Madison area as one of the oldest and largest community based organizations.

The Vice President, Portfolio Manager will have an immediate portfolio of 100 million plus in Commercial real estate. Opportunity for additional assignment of existing portfolio which could double the responsibility.

If you have 5 plus years in Real Estate Lending and are open to working on an existing portfolio, this could be of interest to you!

This position is VERY relationship driven. Initiating and growing relationships with existing accounts is key.

This position requires the ability to work well independently.

Should be formally credit trained with experience in structuring loans.

Compensation:

Base salary: 80,000 –100,000 plus! Plus bonus. Other benefits include profit sharing, 401k and stock.
