The ideal candidate will have previous multi-site manufacturing experience and have a strong knowledge of electrical codes. We are looking for someone with experience with medium voltage switchgear. This position will be a change agent and will be responsible to develop strategic plans for new engineered products.
Requirements:
- Four year degree with an engineering or manufacturing emphasis
- Electrical OEM background
- Managed multi site location
- P&L responsibility of 100M or more
- Willingness to relocate
- Strong people skills
