Vice President of Sales for a leading provider of Customer Interaction services and automation solutions for the Retail, Consumer Technology and travel industry will lead sales team, develop sales objectives, establish sales territories and quotas, manage budgets and evaluate sales performance. Responsibilities include: · Leading sales team · Establishing sales territories and quotas · Achieving goals in both customer acquisition and customer retention · Training and coaching of sales team · Establishing strategic account targets and working with sales team to win large deals · Visiting key customers on a regular basis · Attending key industry events including conferences, trade shows, conventions, meetings, etc. Requirements: The successful candidate will have a minimum of a four-year college degree, a minimum of 10 years experience in service or software sales, with at least 5 years of proven success in sales management. Additional requirements: · Sales & sales management experience in services, enterprise solutions (SaaS) or related products · Demonstrated success in leading sales teams · Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding personal & team sales targets/quotas · Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook · Experience with a CRM system to aid in management · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Great presenter · Must be able to travel (up to 25%) · Great leadership skills Benefits:
