Job Description: Video Standards Manager/Engineer needed for Raytheon's InnoVision contract in Herndon, Virginia. InnoVision supports the National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG) architecture. NSG is the architecture underlying the modernization of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA).

Responsibilities: Manage Motion imagery Work Package for Prime. Perform duties as contractor lead for Motion Imagery Standards Board (MISB) and associated STANAG and Engineering bodies for the customer. Conduct MISB conferences and coordinate activities of working group leads. Consolidate and schedule annual work package plan and assure timely completion of deliverables. Manage a diverse team of matrixed companies under the work package and coordinate community activities within the scope of the MISB. Manage Interoperability Lab and oversee efforts promoting Interoperability, Metadata standardization, Advanced Compression, Format Standardization, Infrared, and Advanced Motion Imagery.



Required Skills: 10+ years of experience in engineering management and video processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED). Experience in imagery technology and/or systems development in the DoD/IC. Understanding of digital motion imagery technologies and standards.



Active TS/SCI clearance is also required.



Required Education (including Major): Bachelor's Degree in a technical field related to imagery, geospatial, engineering or computer disciplines.
