Visual Marketing Specialist

The Visual Merchandising Specialist role will be responsible for executing the visual and in-store experience, strategy and communication for all Stride Rite Children's Group retail stores and concepts.


 


Responsibilities include:

 

•Work closely with Brand Marketing, Retail Merchandisers and Store Operations to build impactful visual presentations to drive retail sales  

•Responsible for the execution of retail brand visual experience. Development of store plan-o-grams, visual books, day-to-day management of all visual tools, communication of all initiatives and primary liaison to the field for all concepts (specialty, outlet, Collections, Saucony outlet and Macy’s leased departments)  

•Develop, communicate and train district managers and store managers on visual standards  

•Develop seasonal floor changes in conjunction with merchants and brand marketing  

•Act as liaison to store construction and marketing to ensure that store designs meet brand and visual expectations  

•Support development of sale and pricing signage

 

 

Requirements:


•Bachelor’s degree is required


•Possess entry level visual merchandising experience with a specialty retailer


•Strong communication, project management and creative skills


•Must be creative, high energy and excited by new challenges


•Candidate should possess project management experience and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment


•Proven follow-through skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must


•Proficiency with Windows based programs such as Word and Excel


•Graphic based programs Adobe Photoshop, Quark, PageMaker and Illustrator may be helpful
