Catherines Plus Sizes is looking for Visual Coordinator in the Baltimore area. 

Catherines is a division of Charming Shoppes, Inc.  Charming Shoppes Inc., is a leading multi-chain apparel retailer specializing primarily in the women's plus size market. Charming Shoppes is the parent company of four distinct brands - Lane Bryant, Fashion Bug, Catherines Plus Sizes, and Lane Bryant Outlets.

The Visual Coordinator's primary purpose is to elevate Visual Standards and maintain high level of those Standards in 5 high performing stores in the Baltimore/DC area.  To drive top line sales through Visual Excellence. 

Basic Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for maintaining Brand Right presentation at all timesfocus on mannequins, tables and outfitting.
• Planning, executing and directing the monthly Visual Floorset
• Executes any Visual updates (which could entail interior merchandise changes (reworking racks and areas of store) and/or window changes
• Trains the store team on Visual Merchandising Techniques and maintenance
• Travels to area stores to train staff or assist with their execution of the Floorset on an as needed basis
• Pulls merchandise for windows and dresses the mannequins - changed weekly or more frequently as needed
• Installs window banners and interior graphics and ensures all interior marketing is correct
• Creates and maintains all interior mannequin and shelf displays
• Outfitting all the molded hangers on the floor and on fitting room doors
• Overall merchandising of the store interior and table presentations- with an emphasis on runway entrance table
• Overseeing and facilitating the replenishment of stockwhere backstock exists
• Participates in monthly Floorsets in Philadelphia

• College degree preferred but not required
• Visual Merchandising experience at other major retailers
• Basic computer skills
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Travel required: 25-50%
