Bestica, nation's leading User Experience staffing firm, is seeking a Visual Web Designer for a fortune 100 client based in San Jose, CA.  You will work in a fast-pace, cross team, results-driven environment, with focus on highly visible, challenging, and cross discipline projects.

Position Summary:

The Visual Web Designer will work closely with the Content Manager to develop highly original, provocative concepts for content and contribute to the day to day design and creative execution. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, can complete design request quickly and who has worked on innovative initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Design exciting pitch presentations for brand integrations through multichannel campaigns
• Create and develop central big brand ID systems/ideas
• Create artwork for web features and custom web projects
• Source/assign appropriate illustration to bring a piece of content to life
• Prepare artwork & images to optimize for the web
• Work with the Content Manager to define and execute look & feel of published content (including video)

Requirement:

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment for a creative agency
• Able to integrate a robust central creative platform into multiple engaging touchpoints
• Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, InDesign
• Be familiar with web licensing and image-use conventions
• Experience managing/ maintaining a prominent website/ blog
• Comfort with both HTML & CSS
