We have an immediate need for a Voice Network Project Manager-Remote work possible.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Voicemail Consolidation-Represent and provide the Client interface for a series of global projects which will:
- Transform client global and voicemail environments to client standard of Cisco Unity.
- Will confirm / identify scope with client and reach agreement to conduct each implementation.
Changes to existing site telecom infrastructures may be required. Several variations exist in site infrastructures.
Will need to review and evaluate appropriateness of solutions presented by client for the individual sites.
- Will coordinate and conduct each implementation as a sub-project with Client management, Client user communities,
Client Field Services, Client Change Management teams, and Voice Team. May include interfacing with client
Application and Server teams if a Unified Messaging tie in to Microsoft Exchange is enabled at the time of Voicemail implementation.
- Includes up to ~70 sites and ~4,500 voice mailboxes.
Skills Global Project management skills, experience with voice equipment and voice transport over global WAN / LANs.
Ability to interface with customer, experience in working with client as a sub to client. Account uses RPM, MS Project.
Voice Network Program Management Lead - Provide Program Management leadership for a series of Transition and Transformation Projects related to global Voice networks for the newly combined client organizations.
The Program Manager provides a global lead interface to Client for all Voice related Projects. Program Manger will both lead sub-projects and act as lead/coach to client Project Managers managing projects within the program. Program Manager will interface with client Program Manager for Data Network projects where overlap with Data project efforts occur.
Projects in the Program will include:
- Transition of support of Voice CPE (Customer Premise Equipment) from Client to data center. Equipment is in place at up to 200 sites globally.
