We are seeking a bilingual, hands-on, results-oriented professional with proven leadership and strong organizational skills for the position of Warehouse Manager.

Our ideal candidate for this opportunity will oversee all distribution related activities within a high-volume distribution center, which includes warehousing, inventory control, logistics of shipping and receiving, and management of the warehouse team.

If you possess the following skills and experience, you may be our ideal candidate:

• 5-7 years solid, hands-on experience as a Warehouse Manager within a manufacturing facility
• AS400 / FedEx / Bar Code System / International shipping regulations
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Ability to make rapid but sound decisions in a fast paced environment
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations
• Team management skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Solid computer skills
• Results-oriented

• Maintain and improve the efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness of inventory control and warehousing effort
• Rapidly adjust to meet customers’ inventory needs
• Promote a safe and efficient work environment
• Ensure warehouse team complies with applicable facility and OSHA regulations
• Train employees

• 5-7 years solid, hands-on experience as a Warehouse Manager within a manufacturing facility
• AS400 / FedEx / Bar Code System
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Ability to make rapid but sound decisions in a fast paced environment
• Proven warehouse management leadership experience
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Solid organizational skills
• AS400 / FedEx / Bar Code System / International shipping regulations
• Strong computer skills (MS Excel and Word)
• Excellent customer service skills
• In-depth knowledge of the following
• Inventory
• Shipping
• Receiving
• Returns
• Inventory control
• Strong written and oral communication skills 

Bachelors Degree preferred (in related technical field)

$45,000 - $60,000 Annually
