A dynamic, growing Midwestern-based pharmaceutical company seeks an experienced and courageous Pharmaceutical Commercial Development Expert to assume a critical leadership role as we become a true proprietary drug CNS company.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
· Responsible for all commercial activities for CNS pipeline products.
· Develop strategy, plan, indication sequencing, target product profiles, forecasts and financials.
· Direct marketing assessment of new products.
· Provide commercial assessment of new products/current projects and activities related to strategic decision making in identification, evaluation, selection and management of new product opportunities consistent with the Corporate Strategic Plan.
WHAT MAKES YOU A TOP-NOTCH CANDIDATE?
· 12 years pharma business experience.
· 4 years people management experience.
· 5 years NDA experience. “Intimate knowledge of NDA process.”
· CNS therapeutic area expertise strongly preferred.
· MBA, R.Ph, or PharmD preferred.
· Extensive knowledge in early stage commercialization plan development.
· Proven ability to evaluate technology, assess market opportunities and develop financial models.
