WEB DEVELOPER - PHP – Solon, Ohio

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Modification, Enhancement and Custom Development of Applications and Database tables to support MP Biomedicals requirements. 

2. Analyze existing web applications built on Microsoft Server 2003, apache, MySQL and PHP.

3. Collaborate with system users to determine missing and broken functions and document required changes to the applications.

4. Modify existing web applications built on PHP to mitigate vulnerabilities and improve functionality, document configurations and improve maintainability.

5. API for future website requirements and management.

6. Develop a Content Management System Interface.

7. Enhance the Ecommerce Channel User Experience.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

1. 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or a closely related field.

2.  4-6 years of PHP / MYSQL

3. 2 Years of AJAX

4. Knowledge of DB2

5.  5 years XML / CSS

6. Knowledge of OsCommerce

7. Knowledge of Content Management Systems

Would be highly desired if candidate had experience in any or all of the additional areas:

1. CAKE PHP


2. CRM


3. J Query


4. Version Control (Subversion)


5. PM (Project Management) Software – i.e. Rally or Basecamp
