Position Description: Job Summary: Interact with existing and potential clients to define business requirements and implement efficient solutions based on critical business processes and functional system requirements. Duties and Responsibilities: •Provide point of contact for Sales relative to customer requirements. •Assist Engineering team with analysis of customer requirements and solution design. •Translate business requirements into system requirements and technical specifications. •Partner with implementation team to translate Concept of Operations into solution configuration. •Coordinate integration meetings with prospects/clients to determine system requirements and specifications relative to business processes and product configuration. •Document logical mapping and data transformation for all project related transactions. •Configure KN applications based on Engineering solution design and Concept of Operations. •Assist in the development of test data and cycles to ensure that all requirements identified in the requirements gathering phase will be validated. •Actively participate in the testing, training, implementation and support of system requirements. •Ensure delivery of business requirements. •Provide point of contact for engineering and superuser resources relative to process improvement. Requirements: •Bachelors degree in Logistics or Business Management required •Minimum 2 years of Operations’ experience working in the field of warehousing and/or transportation services. •Minimum 2 years technical experience working with 3PL products including warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, order management systems and/or Enterprise Application Integration tools. •Anticipate travel at 40% for requirements gathering and configuration, and 75% for implementation. •Proven ability to define customer requirements •Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills.
