Responsible for performing the day-to-day duties and tasks of the warehouse including picking part orders; shipping and receiving; processing returns; stocking and inventory; and maintaining a clean, safe, organized warehouse.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 or more years warehouse experience
Certified forklift operator
General computer applications
Basic data entry skills
International shipping experience
- Meet quality metrics including same-day turnaround on orders, order accuracy, loss and damage, and inventory accuracy.
- Receive customer parts orders through Parts Department, pick parts associated with the order from inventory, pack and ship for same-day turnaround. Must be able to learn and identify printing press parts.
- Arrange for shipment of orders and other packages both domestically and internationally through vendors such as UPS, Federal Express, and common carriers.
- Receive, record, and stock inventory in designated areas of warehouse.
- Participates in physical inventory including cycle counts, etc.
- Follow and contribute to standard operating procedures and best practices for the warehouse.
- Models a "Think Customer First" work style listening and responding to customer needs and always striving to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Keeps accurate shipping records and documentation, hardcopies and/or electronic.
- Contributes to an organized and safe work environment by keeping warehouse clean, parts organized, and complying with all safety rules and regualtions.
