Warehouse Associate-Part Time-Portland, OR

Performs system and/or manual tasks to support inbound and outbound operations. Identifies and resolves issues in various functional areas; breakdown, put away, replenishment, QC, staging, loading, shipping. Monitors and maintains SKUs and locations in WMS to support efficient warehouse processing and maximize warehouse space usage. Performs work under the direction of warehouse lead, supervisor or manager.


Essential Functions:
* Affixes box number sticker to empty packing carton.
* Selects box size according to size of order.
* Fills order from picking list in day-slot sequence from pick/pack section.
* Signs selection documents and puts in box for that order.
* Sends fulfilled orders to Quality Control for checking.
* Checks in merchandise as it is unloaded from pallets for correct quantity,model number, SKU number and slot number using Restock Audit Report.
* Cuts cases of product to prepare merchandise for picking.
* Places item (multiple cartons) in proper slot as listed on refill ticket which requires lifting up to 60 lbs to a height of 2-6 feet & pulling carts up to 200 lbs.
* Places any overstock behind line or on top of rack.
* Submits audit reports to supervisor.
* Verifies all orders: order # on cartons, quantity, model #, pack & damage.
* Corrects any errors and notes discrepancies on pick sheet.
* Works in Production and other departments as necessary.

Equipment Used:
Cutting knife, empty skids, wheeled carts and pallet jack

Education/Training Required:
Basic knowledge of arithmetic. Ability to read and write.
Ability to count.
Basic keyboard operation.
