Position Title: Warehouse Coordinator (Baltimore Office)
Position Responsibilities
Responsible for the administration of all project materials/warehouse activities and on-site installation duties for NET100's Baltimore branch office including, but not limited to:
- Coordinating the branch warehouse activities including the daily receipt and staging of materials, site deliveries, releasing tools and materials and vehicle, tool and facility maintenance;
- Receiving incoming materials and reconciling contents to packing slips with date received, quantity, and product numbers on order, label boxes with appropriate job code(s) and then stage in appropriate area;
- Restocking or returning for credit unused material from completed job in a timely fashion;
- Staging project materials, supplies and assigned equipment in preparation for daily contract activities;
- Creating materials tracking sheet for each project and ensuring appropriate signature upon site delivery;
- Delivering materials, supplies and assigned equipment to project sites with no or minimal interruption to site personnel;
- Ensuring all tools and related installation assets are properly recorded in the asset software system and monitoring check in/check out;
- Monitoring tool maintenance through periodic field checks and at check in and providing replacement recommendations as needed to ensure they are in a safe, working condition and that all necessary components are included;
- Monitoring consumables to ensure proper fill levels are maintained;
- Maintaining fleet vehicles. Verify that registration and tags are current, ensure the vehicles are in a safe working condition, and schedule any needed repairs and/or services;
- Performing light facility and warehouse maintenance as required;
- Performing as back up helper to field install teams;
- Enforcing all safety procedures and standards; communicate and enforce all company mandates and policies;
- Other duties and functions as assigned.
Position Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year warehouse experience;
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Multitasking skills required, with strong attention to detail;
- Proficiency with MS Office;
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 40 pounds. Ability to perform tasks on a ladder with a total weight capacity of 300 lbs.;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; HS Diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record;
- Adherence to regular attendance and normal scheduled hours. Willingness to work overtime, often on short notice.
