Overview
The Warehouse Staff is responsible for the timely distribution of merchandise to our stores as well as our customers. All Associates are expected to directly contribute to the proper merchandise flow and maintain a level of professionalism. What follows is a general description of the responsibilities, duties, and skills of the position:
In this position, you will:
- Pick/ Pack Customer orders from computer labels.
- Perform quality control audit of outgoing mail orders.
- Load parcels into proper area for pickup.
- Sort parcels by methods of transportation.
- Locate and move stock from one location to another and maintain accuracy of the location system.
- Deliver products to customers.
Qualifications
- Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- 2-4 years of warehouse/driving experience preferred.
- Able to lift up to 200 pounds with a partner.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must be able to drive 16-foot straight truck.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekend and nights.
- Must have demonstrated customer service skills have the ability to communicate with customers using the English language.
- Must be comfortable navigating the local area with a road map or GPS.
Hours are approximately 8:30 to 5:30 (must be flexible) M-F and on weekends.
