About this Opportunity:

·          Are you looking for a position to utilize your exceptional driving skills in an environment that requires minimal supervision?  Then the Safelite AutoGlass Driving Associate position may be what you have been searching for!

·          Our associates have great customer service skills that they can utilize through loading and unloading shipments of our products to both our internal customers as well as wholesalers.

·          Safelite AutoGlass’ ideal candidate would be self-motivated and able to delivery automotive glass throughout the Birmingham market.

Job Expectations:

·          Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders.

·          Pulling materials from warehouse.

·          Placing orders in delivery area and on delivery vehicles.

·          Completes deliveries by driving truck or van to and from customers & field technicians.

·          Returns parts to dealer accounts.

·          Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.

·          Maintains quality service by following organization standards.

·          Maintains safe and clean work environment and complying with all OSHA and company safety procedures, rules, and regulations.

·          Maintains truck or van by completing preventive maintenance requirements & arranging for any needed repairs.
