Warehouse Laborer

Manpower has a great temp-to-hire opportunity with a reputable medical/welding supply company in Boise! The warehouse laborer is responsible for pulling orders from the warehouse, matching order numbers to numbers from order requests and completing orders in a timely and efficient manner. Could also be pulling freight from trucks and putting away product in the warehouse. The hours of work are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. This is a temp-to-hire position for the right candidate. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and must be able to stand for 8 hours a day. Must be clean cut (no visible tattoos, no visible piercings, clean shaven), must have a high school diploma or GED and must be able to pass a basic math and spelling skills test. Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check. Must be able to provide 2 positive work references. Must have at least one year of warehouse experience. Candidate should be looking for a long term, permanent career in the warehouse industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years work experience in a warehouse, be reliable, have good job longevity and be looking for a career with a company where they can grow over time.

Must have a positive attitude and must work well in a team environment. Must learn quickly and be able to follow verbal and written instructions. Must have at least 1 year of warehouse experience.
