Warehouse Manager
Adecco – the world leader in workforce solutions is looking for a Warehouse Manager to work on-site at one of its premier clients located in Kennesaw Georgia. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.
Job Summary
- Deliver high standards of assembly production management and work inspection.
- Oversee Adecco operations to ensure staffing and assembly production requirements are met while achieving productivity goals and financial savings.
- Provide leadership and production management for employees and associates.
- Manage overtime efficiency, retention, recruiting plan, fill ratio and reporting.
Expectations include:
1. Provide cost effective solutions, savings and goals
2. Provide oversight, training, and management to ensure the production and operation teams reach their potential
3. Monitor production, safety, quality and quantity – making corrections as needed
4. Build strong relationship with all levels of client management team
Qualifications
- 4 year degree or equivalent experience
- Must have a minimum of 3 – 5 years of management experience in an assembly production environment
- Excellent problem solving, organizational interpersonal and motivation skills
- Able to demonstrate knowledge of process management
- Able to continuously improve processes and procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to interact with front line workforce and client management team
