Started in 1980 in the founder’s garage Bullet Line has grown to become one of the top 20 suppliers in the $13 billion promotional products market space. Bullet Line is one of 3 stand alone subsidiaries of Polyconcept who is the largest worldwide supplier in the promotional products industry.

Bullet Line employs over 400 employees and has over 150,000 sq ft of warehouse capacity. We stock over 700 products and 2300 sku’s in 12,000 separate pallet locations. This is a production supply warehouse employing over 20 people on two shifts.

Bullet Line is looking for a seasoned, experienced Warehouse Manager to re-build the entire warehouse function from the ground up. The successful candidate will have an incredible attention to detail and ability to implement repeatable, measureable, and accurate processes and procedures. In addition the successful candidate will also be able to strike the proper balance between holding people accountable and motivating them to produce superior results.

Deliverables

·         Develop, write, and implement job descriptions for all warehouse personnel

·         Develop, establish, and drive productivity and accuracy metrics making them an integral part of the daily activities.

o   Part count accuracy

o   On-time delivery

o   Pulls per man-hour

·         Reduce pallet locations from 12,000 to 9,000 with same SKU count and inventory  levels.

·         Reduce inventory shrinkage by 25% over previous year.

·         Reduce operating costs by 15% over previous year.

·         Develop and implement processes to assure return to stock (both internal and external) is completed within 24 hours.

Requirements: min. 10 - 15 years Warehouse Management experience & Bachelor’s degree.
