Goal: To Oversee and optimize operations of the distribution center

Essential Job Functions:

• Processing Orders, preparing paperwork for the warehouse crew
  
• Distributing work between warehouse crew according to the truck loading schedule
  
• Responsible for incoming and outgoing shipments, product rotation,
  
• Responsible for freezer warehouse operation
  
• Processing samples orders
  
• Coordination of sample room, samples rotation, preparing samples for trucks loading
  
• Responsible for cleanliness of the freezer warehouse
  
• Responsible for freezer warehouse
  
• Oversee training of personnel in the performance, including the safe and proper handling and  use of merchandise, machinery and equipment
  
• Ensures a timely and efficient shipping of product to the customer
  
• Back for Drivers when needed

Skills Required

• 3-5 years experience as warehouse supervisor or manager
  
• Excellent  oral and written communication skill
  
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with management and staff.
  
• Strong supervisory skills
