Description:
Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking a hands on supervisor with strong leadership skills in areas such as inventory management, as well as domestic and international shipping and receiving. The Warehouse Manager will determine work procedures, prepare work schedules and expedite work flow for a leading global provider of laser-based analyzers which are used by world-class natural gas and petrochemical companies to ensure the highest level of process efficiency with reliable measurements and low cost operation. The responsibilities of this role will include but are not limited to the development and implementation of a cycle counting program, supervise the Shipping and Inventory control functions, accountable for the accuracy and consistency of all inventory control activities including transactions and movements, resolve material related issues as they occur in the production process, review discrepancies between inventory and stock control records and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies.

Requirements:
All qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of progressive warehouse experience with a strong emphasis on inventory management and purchasing/planning a CPIM a plus. Other requirements that are needed for this position include Formal ERP experience (Syteline Ideal). Must be proficient with MS office, Excel, Access, Power Point, Word and Outlook, excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers, good analytical and problem solving skills, strong interpersonal, communication and team building skills.

This role is a very "hands on" supervisory role. Must be high energy, able and willing to help team with shipping/receiving, pulling kits, lifting up to 70 lbs.
