Uline seeks a Warehouse Manager at its Tijuana Branch in Tijuana, Mexico.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take an active role in all aspects of Distribution.
• Lead a team of warehouse personnel in a fast-paced environment.
• Analyze and use daily reports to improve warehouse efficiency.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - 100% in both verbal and written forms.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Management experience at a high-volume, fast-paced distribution warehouse.
• Experience with various types of equipment including stand up reach trucks, stock pickers and forklifts.
• Knowledge in Import and Export.
• Disciplined work ethic.
• General computer knowledge – Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
• Able to perform multiple job functions.
• Desire to work in a fast paced, organized, positive environment.
• Basic warehouse safety and environmental knowledge.
• Must be able to travel to the United States for extended training at Uline's various facilities (1 to 3 months).
