Global Manufacturing firm located in Rockland County is seeking a Warehouse Manager.  The Warehouse Manager oversees, manages, and directs the receiving, storage, and shipping activities of the company.

In this role, the incumbent is responsible for the following:

Manages all procedures related to receiving, shipping, and warehouse. 

Ensures products, parts, or supplies are shipped, distributed or received in an efficient manner 

Takes precautions to secure warehouse contents against loss. 

Ensures timely and accurate recording of inventory related activities. 

Evaluates accuracy of inventory in conjunction with Accounting Departent. 

Prepares and reviews distribution and receiving documents. 

Ensures all warehouse area housekeeping standards are maintained and adhered to.  Ensures department staffings meet requirements. 

Provides training to staff as required by company and training that is specific to position.  Responsible for Department Budget. 

Participates in company-wide meetings and management activities. 

Integral part of year-end inventory period.
