Reverse Solutions has a terrific opportunity for an experienced warehouse manager, supervisor or lead person looking to make an impact. Great exposure to all levels of company management. This hands-on position will be responsible for managing the day to day operation of our reclamation facility. This includes product receiving, organization, labor planning and vendor returns routing. REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse operations, warehouse/distribution management, excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. At least 5 years of managerial experience, along with the skills to manage and be a self-starting and self-motivated professional. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.  Prior reverse logistics experience is a plus.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As manager within this facility, you will:

·        Oversee reverse logistics operations for multiple business classes.

·        Establish and maintain processing volume and customer loyalty.

·        Recruit and manage employees to be consistent with an exceptional level of customer service.

·        Strive for operational excellence in all areas.

·        Manage product inventory levels, making adjustments as necessary; insure inventory accuracy.

·        Manage receiving, processing, and delivery of product.

·        Miscellaneous duties to assist the company in its quest for growth.

·        Perform tasks accurately.

·        Assist with other projects as assigned.

Physical Requirements: Work is in a warehouse environment. Employee will be required to lift between 30 to 75 pounds. Movements vary between bending, sitting, stooping and climbing. Temperature ranges from 50 to warm in the summer months.
