We are seeking Warehouse Manager for our Urbana, Ohio facility. The plant operates on a 24/7 basis with a 200+ person workforce. On-site equipment consists of high-pressure injection molding presses and low-pressure structural foam presses.

The individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the shipping, receiving, and inventory control personnel. He/she is responsible for the inbound and outbound freight process, and for coordinating efforts between manufacturing, scheduling, and shipping to ensure orders are shipped on time and complete.

Requirements:

• A Bachelors level education
• A minimum of 5 years successful experience in a similar managerial role, within an ISO certified manufacturing or high-volume distribution environment.
• Must have excellent problem solving, and verbal and written communication skill.
• SAP brand computer system experience preferred.
