Warehouse Supervisors

Lakeshore Learning Materials, the nations’ largest supplier of early learning materials, is in search of Warehouse Supervisors.  Our Warehousing / Distribution Division is a dynamic, fully automated, WMS / RF-driven operation located in Carson, CA.

Responsibilities: 

·         Responsible for planning the daily work load of their team. 

·         Enforces safe work practices, regulations and company policies. 

·         Resolves day to day or routine problems.

·         Responsible for overall quality of their departments overall performance.

·         Assists team in the achievement of goals.

·         Conducts employment evaluations, encourages and coaches team members.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have the ability to lead and supervise warehouse staff; managing your own work load as well as others.
