Warehouse Worker
Must Be Able to Lift 50 Pounds, Forklift Certification A PLUS

HOURS:
MONDAY–FRIDAY 12:00PM–8:30PM
PAY: $10/HR

A worldwide direct marketing company has a contract position available for a Warehouse Worker.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  1. Receiving/Put-Away:

    • Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations.
    • Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate areas.


  2. Loading:

    • Efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers.


  3. Quality:

    • Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.


  4. Equipment:

    • Operate any materials handling equipment safely and efficiently as required.


  5. Safety, Sanitation, Security:

    • Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area.
    • Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.
    • Comply with OSHA standards.


  6. Other Duties:

    • Charge forklift battery as needed.
    • Participate in physical inventories.
    • Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, stacking and re-stacking as needed.
    • Repair pallets when necessary.
    • Keep systems properly updated and accurate.

Requirements:

Required Skills for this Warehouse Worker position include the following:


  • High School diploma
  • Forklift certification a plus
  • Able to lift 50 pounds
  • 1-6 months experience
