Warranty CSR Specialist

Volt Workforce Solutions in Costa Mesa, is currently seeking a Warranty CSR Specialist for a temporary employment opportunity to work for an organization in the automotive industry in the city of Irvine. The ideal candidate will assist in handling dealer calls and DPSM calls related to warranty claims procedures and company policy issues. Process claims suspended for adjuster review, manual claims for Canadian vehicle and other payment requests (MRP appeals etc). Assist in identifying areas of improvement-System audits warranty manuals, Warranty Bulletins, Quick Reference Guide, Warranty Tips, Service Policy and Procedures Manual, Warranty Claims Processing Manual, LTS Manual and associated information as directed by warranty management. The chosen individual will be responsible to describe the five primary responsibilities currently performed and expected of this position. Handle dealers and DPSM calls related to warranty claims procedures and company policy issues. Review, validate and process system review claims, manual claims requests and MPR appeals. Conduct and support system activities and produce audit reports identify warranty publication discrepancies. Assist in development of warranty manuals, warranty bulletins and training materials as directed by warranty management. Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Warranty management. He/she will also assist in handling Warranty Help-desk dealer and DPSM calls related to warranty claims, procedures and company's policy issues. Produce call tracking information to be used to identify system issues or dealer training needs. Approve and process all warranty claims requiring department review. Review, validate and process manual claims requests, PDI, mileage and MPR appeals. Conduct and support system activities and produce audit reports and identify warranty publications discrepancies. Requirements:
To succeed in this great employment opportunity, the chosen candidate should have three to five years experience in dealership warranty experience. A basic knowledge of automotive systems, component operation and repair is highly desired. Dealership warranty operations knowledge including warranty processing. Dealer experience in warranty claims processing.
Knowledge of Microsoft office is required.
