Job
Mid-level Civil Engineer/Project Manager with 3 – 10 years experience in water resources.

Responsibilities
• Project management, water resources design and technical analysis, client development/ marketing, technical and proposal writing
• Manage and market water infrastructure, drainage, and other water resource projects
• Lead design and planning analysis for water/sewer systems and drainage and flood control projects


Knowledge & Qualifications
• Experience in the following areas desirable: water & sewer system design and analysis, flood control, hydraulic modelling and design, stormwater quantity and quality analysis and design, surface water modelling, sedimentation and erosion analysis, wastewater permitting, planning, and treatment, and LID design.
• Wyoming PE (or ability to obtain immediately) preferred
• Municipal stormwater master planning, management, services and regulation experience
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills required
• Ability to work efficiently and demonstrate effective organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with clients and staff in a team environment
