Tulsa based civil engineering firm has an immediate opening for a Civil Engineer to work on Water/Wastewater Treatment projects. Our client is a well established firm in the area, and they typically work on municipal projects. Currently, their needs include the addition of a Civil Engineer:
Requirements:
· Minimum of 4 years professional experience working on municipal Water/Wastewater Treatment Design. Included in this work will be process design & delivery systems. Specific experience dealing with wastewater infrastructures, treatment facilities, booster pump stations, Lift Stations, and control systems required.
· Ability to design using AutoCAD.
· Strong Ability to use modeling programs such as HEC-RAS and GEOPAK for water modeling purposes. Candidate must have at 4 solid years using these programs professionally for a civil engineering firm.
· Experience working on projects with advanced wastewater treatment processes, membrane processes, sewer rehabilitation and industrial pipeline design
· Ability to direct designers and drafters. Client interaction and leadership abilities.
· Master's Degree in Civil Engineering. PE or high level EIT with ability to test for PE within 6 months.
Out of state candidates may be considered, but our client highly prefers candidates with local ties to the Tulsa, Oklahoma community.
