We are currently seeking a talented Wealth Manager Relationship Manager for our Phoenix, AZ facility. As a Wealth Manager Relationship Manager for USAA you will build multi-generational relationships with our affluent members through various channels (e.g. phone, face-to-face, e-mail). You will proactively design, develop and deliver solutions that meet USAA's high net worth members' individual financial needs. Under direct supervision, performs routine work assignments and problem resolution. JOB DUTIES: - Acquires and applies general knowledge of industry products, services, and processes.
- Responsible for the most complex financial relationships, as well as for the identification and promotion of new business opportunities.
- Owns the relationship and ensures the comprehensive delivery of wealth management capabilities. As appropriate, introduces the member to a team of specialists to assist with financial planning, lending, insurance and Trust.
- Seeks guidance from team members to resolve issues and to identify appropriate issues for escalation.

Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience).
- Up to two years of relevant financial services experience.
- General knowledge of complex products and solutions tailored to meet the needs of the affluent market.
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65)
- Life and Health license.
- At least one industry-related designation.
Preferred: - 2 or more industry designations.
