Leading edge company is seeking an e-commerce web analytics and marketing professional to lead their growing web analytics and reporting team in a variety of disciplines. This senior level professional will have the unique opportunity to help build the analytics proficiency for the organization and provide support to external and internal business partners. The right professional will work with senior management and members of client's marketing and leadership teams to provide continual value added development of analytics based, optimization service offerings aimed at tactically and demonstrably improving client's online web presence and market driven results to drive positive revenue generation.
This position, although it is data intensive, requires the right professional to be client facing as well as being comfortable dealing with internal executive leadership. The key responsibilities of this role are:
- Provide analytical leadership to support database marketing program measurement, tracking and reporting.
- Deliver presentations to client and internal executive leadership to convey performance of existing business and support efforts for new business acquisition.
- Provide leadership support in crafting Statements of Work (SOW's) to support formal efforts to acquire new business and expand and support offerings of existing business.
- Data Modeling, Data Mining and command over MS Office Products, SAS (Base and Stat),SQL Server and T-SQL.
- Author case studies to demonstrate success of initiatives to establish organization and to differentiate its offerings as superior in the marketplace.
- Serve as subject matter expert (SME) in all issues related to online, e-marketing, customer and web analytics, site experience and optimization.

Technical and Educational Requirements:
- MBA, Masters in IT or marketing, advanced marketing, e-commerce, statistics.
- 7+ years in a decision making role in a Web Analytics Group or with a Big 5 or other Specialist Consulting Firm with engagements geared towards optimization of web marketing and analytics tools/procedures.
- Advanced knowledge of software and statistical applications (SAS (Base and Stat), Coremetrics, Access, Visio, Excel and Powerpoint.
- SQL Server/Programming
