Position - Web Design Project Lead

Description

The person to fulfill this position must be a self-starter who can clearly understand complex requirements and work under tight deadlines. Regularly leads a team of Web Application Specialist on projects. They will participate on several projects, thus a wide degree of organization skills, design skills and creativity is required.

Web Sphere Application Developer

Programming

CSS-Cross-browser capabilities and constraints along with web standard code

Java Script – Cross-browser capabilities and constraints along with web standard code

JQuery – or like minded JavaScript library impementations

            Additional Programing:

                JQuery Theme Roller

            Java

            Grails – previouse experience of working with GSP’s is a plus

Required Qualifications

            Able to coordinate the completion of IA, design, development, SEO, content,       production, metrics, and QA project tasks

            Excellent interpersonal, communication and team facilitations skills

            Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills

            Passion for technology

            Through knowledge of efficient web team processes and best practices at the      enterprise level

            Exceptional ability to get things done well and on time

Work Experience

            6-8 years

            Experience working on large, complex e-commerce sites

            Implementations of effective, efficient, and engaging web-based applications

            Examples of JQuery (or like minded JavaScript) library implementations

Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, completed core courses at technical school, or related industry experience.
