Escalade Sports, a nationally recognized manufacturer of branded sporting goods and recreational products, has a unique opportunity for an experienced Web designer/developer.

As part of the marketing team you will be responsible for the concept, design and production of multiple Web sites and online marketing activities. Working with graphics designers, product managers and other clients, you will develop compelling design concepts using branding and style guide standards and direction. These activities will include:

• the design of website, including process flows and clear communication of intended priorities
• Production construction of web designs with special coding requirements and adherence to coding standards. 
• Identification and resolution of defective links and technical faults.
• management of multiple web design projects including the ability to determine scope and timeliness of ongoing projects.

Your background will include a Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Related Graphic Design or a related field and  3+ years of demonstrated web design and production. Your portfolio will demonstrate proficiency in the development or use of:    

•  Flash designing/developing with some scripting 
• User Interface Design, supporting usability and user interaction
• Consumer based websites development and maintenance
•  Adobe creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash) applications, CSS and HTML
•  Basic Javascript and DHTML
•  Raw HTML and CSS using a text editor – basic coding skills
•  SEO tools
