About the Job
Small and growing 6-year old company located in Falls Church, Virginia is seeking a Flash Developer/Web Developer with 2+ years of experience of Action Script development.
Job Purpose:
Creates a compelling Web experience by developing multimedia Web content.
Duties:
• Creates design concepts by studying and analyzing product or service definitions; analyzing customer requirements and target market; developing the visual style of the presentation.
• Constructs multimedia content by combining graphics, text, and digital audio and video using development tools; designing and creating interactivity; creating visualizations of product or service benefits; determining illustration style, color palettes, typography, and screen layouts; building user interfaces.
• Maintains multimedia content by updating information and design.
• Ability to manage multiple project, and work for a small company (2 people at the moment)
• Must exhibit basic administrative skills with respect to case management, time tracking, email filing, and electronic file organization
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in either Computer Science or any creative field
• 2+ years in developing in Action Script to create sophisticated code-based animations (not on a timeline) and navigation menus in Flash
• Proficiency in HTML, Photoshop and/or Illustrator
• Demonstrated ability to produce dynamic, interactive websites
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to manage multiple project, and work for a small company (2 people at the moment)
• Must exhibit basic administrative skills with respect to case management, time tracking, email filing, and electronic file organization

Additional qualifications helpful:
