Located in Burlington, MA, iPage provides Web-hosting services to small-business owners.
Responsibilities:
* Maintaining upwards of 25 corporate Web sites
* Designing and developing pages for marketing campaigns from scratch
* Creating pages, images, banners and other creative for promotional campaigns
* Gathering statistics and customer data to improve site usability and functionality
* Assisting in the development of newsletters and other online communications
* Assisting in the creation of online and offline advertisements
* Assisting in updating existing table-based sites into CSS
* Performing site audits and quality testing
Requirements:
* A portfolio of at least 3 sites created or worked on directly by individual
* An outstanding command of HTML
* Strong PhotoShop and design skills are required
* Experience with JavaScript, and CSS are required
* Excellent communication skills are required
* Experience working with XML and XSLT a big plus
* Experience with Subversion and UNIX is preferred
* Understanding of search engine optimization
* An understanding of Web 2.0 philosophies and culture
* Interest in business and marketing, as well as the Web hosting industry
* Strong attention to details
* Strong writing skills
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Strong organizational skills
