Requirements - in list of priority

• Must have interactive experience
• Fashion experience 
• Must know Photoshop & Illustrator
• Must have plenty of examples..must be an experienced designer
• Great personality
• Know how to work with cropping product as well as people
• Familiarity with Flash
• Out of box thinker
• Willing to work on multiple projects and can adapt to change.
