Requirements | - Posess strong interface design skills.
- Must be proficient in Photshop and other graphics packages (Illustrator, Image Ready, etc.)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience (design for web is preferred).
- Knowledge of HTML editor is preferred.
- Candidate should have formal training in typography, identity design, interface design or other creative disciplines.
- Experience with Flash is a plus.
- Candidate should have strong client interface skills - understand the creative objectives, brainstorm creative needs, manage timeline, and set expectations.
- Understanding of social media applications and trends a plus.

Responsibilities | - Ability to work with various clients to interpret and translate their brand needs and ideas into concepts and develop them into effective communication on web.
- Work with internal team members to provide professional recommendations for concept, design, production and quality control.
- Produce interface designs, logos and working prototypes for the website.
- Conduct research and analysis to improve usability, accessibility and functionality.
- Take part in initial project planning, information architecture and user experience.
- Organize projects and production processes to ensure completion in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Follow and give oral and written directions
