Are you a Web Designer? Do you have strong CSS/XHTML skills with experience leading a team? If so, please read on.

What you need to have:
- Advanced CSS and XHTML experience
- 3- 5+ years of experience designing web sites (not freelancing)
- Flex, Actionscript, Flash, AJAX a huge plus
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related
- Previous experience in a leadership role as a Team lead, Supervisor or Manager over other web designers
- ASP and or C# is also a major plus
