General Requirements

• At least six years of professional development experience in the software or Internet industries.
• Bachelors Degree in computer science, business administration, or engineering or equivalent work
• Experience developing for Microsoft Operating Systems
• Experience working with business and financial systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a team player
• Superb analysis and critical thinking skills

Technical Skills

Demonstrated proficiencies in:

MS Visual Studio .NET (especially C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, and web services, including XML), MS Visual Basic (VB), MS Internet Information Server (IIS), MS eCommerce Server, Alamark, Active Server Pages (ASP), VBScript, XML, HTML, MS SQL Server, ADO, OLEDB, ODBC, SQL, UML, Use Cases, COM, ActiveX, MS Windows XP, Vista, TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, DHCP, WINS, Crystal Reports, MS Digital Dashboard, MS SharePoint, SharePoint WebParts

Solution Development and Delivery

• Understands technical and functional design requirements.
• Assists in physical and logical database design.
• Creates prototypes for client engagements.
• Designs, codes, and tests technical solutions.
• Identifies system deficiencies and recommends solutions.
• Creates effective XSL stylesheets.
• Reads and understands XML schemas.
