At MidwayUSA, we utilize the following technologies: Visual Studio, C#, .NET, ASP.Net, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Microsoft SQL Server and AJAX.  Combine your desire for computers, technology and web develpment with the opportunity to continually improve your skills and provide excellent web solutions to real world business issues.  With this position you will learn leading web development principles, best practices and competitive standards.  You’ll work on collaborative projects and have the opportunity to work with and excellent group of web designers and developers. 

Each of our Web Developers receives continual training.  During your first six months, you’ll have the chance to learn our business from the ground up. 

Primary Responsibilities:

The average day will include:

·                     Creating and developing web applications to increase sales, market share and customer satisfaction

·                     SQL database administration, writing stored procedures, triggers, and creating and updating tables

·                     Communicating with our Customer Service dept. for problem solving and improving the web site.

Primary Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

·                     A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or related field

·                     3-5 years of proven web development experience (eCommerce development preferred)

·                     Strong knowledge in Visual Studio, C#, .NET, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Microsoft SQL Server and AJAX

·                     An interest in hunting, shooting or the firearms industry is preferred
