  • IT Program Manager
    • Person will be responsible for overseeing a series of projects within a department or business unit. Assess and advise on improving process and methodologies of current project management implications throughout project timeline; including development of strategies, readiness assessment, development of training and communications. Works with project managers to identify and eliminate redundancies and duplications of efforts across projects. Acts as mentor to project managers and able to motivate project managers to build cooperative work teams. Has the ability to identify, develop, and direct team members’ strengths, technological resources and organizational processes to build teams. Advanced in the use of project management software/ concepts and possesses a comprehensive knowledge of business unit’s functions. Possesses strong communication skills to work with senior management to deliver requirements and appropriate financial and project/portfolio reporting. A proven ability to demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, quality management and organizational skills that display a comprehensive understanding of project management theory and team dynamics. Must be able to effectively collaborate with others, initiate action and adapt to change while also making tough decisions and accept challenging assignments. Demonstrated ability to accurately estimate costs and develop and implement project plans within budgetary guidelines. Manages Technical projects, and assists the team in following Bank policies for the management and engagement of technical resources. Resource is responsible for analyzing information, incorporating client problems and concerns, developing and implementing solutions and responsible for ensuring effectiveness of the implemented changes and solutions. May provide input on staffing and budget allocation but does not have actual staffing, performance management and compensation decision-making responsibilities for team.

 

  • Effectively leverage the DMAIC toolset and project management methodology (Waterfall) to ensure that projects remain on schedule, on quality and on budget
  • Reports project status and associated performance and financial metrics at the project/portfolio level
  • Provides program oversight and has responsibility for overall project health
  • Monitors program quality, schedule and funding to ensure they are being managed in accordance with bank policy
  • Communicate with LOB, PMO, and ATM T/O Leadership Team when quality, funding or schedules are impacted
  • Participate in necessary management routines (Governance, Portfolio Management/Reporting, Financial Management/Reporting, GRE, CAB, PMO Reviews, etc.)
  • Determines ULZ/MLZ Testing Requirements
  • Confirm Global Impact Assessment and Resource Scheduling at project/portfolio Level
  • Builds Solutions
  • Finalizes Pilot Implementation Plan
  • Establishes Pilot Incident Management
  • Provides official handoff for transition to Operations
  • Finalizes Fleet Implementation Plan
  • Executes Control Plan
  • Performs QR – Release Scorecard
  • Reviews and modifies Project Charter and Business Requirement documents
  • Manage all project documentation in compliance with department and enterprise policies

 

  • Required Skills
  • 5+ years of technical project management experience
  • Previous project/portfolio financial management including forecasting and variance reporting
  • Demonstrated use of DMAIC methodology
  • Demonstrated understanding of waterfall methodology & tools

 

  • Preferred Skills
  • ATM technical knowledge preferred
  • 4 year degree preferred
  • PMP certification is a plus
