Synopsis:     Responsible for the development, analysis, maintenance and technical support for all web base systems. Implementation of the organization's web site for products and services. Works closely with design and content management teams to ensure web site meets organization objectives. Provides written design documents, test plans and test results. Is responsible for system performance optimization, maintenance, and production support and enforcing departmental web policies and standards.

Required Skills:    Requires understanding of web-based technologies and thorough knowledge of HTML, PhotoShop, Illustrator, and/or other design-related applications. MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE.

Desired Skills:    Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience.
