Web Developer

Description

The individual in this capacity will be primarily responsible for the design, development, deployment and support of Web based components within the framework of .Net infrastructure. Additional duties may include maintenance and enhancements of existing MS Access legacy application. 

This position requires proven experience with object oriented design (OOD), Microsoft .NET Framework (through V 3.5), Web development and proficiency in a Windows environment. Previous development experience on enterprise applications or production web sites is required. BS degree in Computer/ Information Science or equivalent work experience preferred.


Required Skills:

1)      3 - 5 years of development experience in.NET and SQL Server environments

2)      3- 5 years of developing Web-based applications

3)      3 -5 years of Object Oriented Design (OOD) and tiered development experience

4)      Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven, dynamic environment

Preferred Skills

1)      Experience developing enterprise-wide systems 

2)      Understanding of source control, bug tracking and debugging

3)      Experience with SQL

4)      Exposure to supporting and developing financial applications

5)      Excellent verbal and written communication skills
